- Understanding Infertility
Infertility is a growing global concern that affects many couples. The WHO reports that 10-15% of couples around the world experience infertility. In India, approximately 10-14% of people face this challenge, particularly in cities where stress and changing lifestyles make it harder.

- The Cost of Hope
With more awareness about fertility treatments, many hospitals offer support. However, treatments like IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) can be very expensive, costing between ₹1,00,000 and ₹3,00,000 per cycle. This cost is beyond what many couples can afford.

- Our Mission
Dr. Aruna Ashok's compassion for couples who cannot afford fertility treatments inspired her to start the Thottil Foundation. Our goal is to provide financial support to those who need help with fertility treatments but lack the funds.

- Who Can We Help?
We assist any Indian woman or couple who is struggling to have a child and needs fertility support, especially those who are financially disadvantaged.

- Where We Operate
Currently, we offer treatments at A4 Hospitals and its group of hospitals. We provide a variety of services, including IVF and other fertility treatments.

- How We Work
We help people on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on how much funding we can raise. While we aim to assist everyone, we cannot always guarantee that we will have enough funds for every applicant.
